Speedy Tomato Soup


INGREDIENTS


Chopped onion (medium sized)

Chopped or crushed garlic clove

1 Tin tomatoes

1 Tin baked beans

500 ml vegetable stock

   


DIRECTIONS


  1. Fry the onion and garlic until soft
  2. Add tomatoes, vegetable stock and baked beans
  3. Simmer for 20 mins
  4. Blend until smooth

Serve with a dollop of soured cream and chopped chives per bowl.
