Chocolate covered Marshmallows

INGREDIENTS (Makes 25-30)

225g chocolate broken into pieces

60ml milk

225g large marshmallows

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine chocolate and milk in a small shallow mixing bowl
2. Heat uncovered over boiling water for 1½ mins or until chocolate melts
3. Stir to mix.  
4. Place a toothpick in each marshmallow and dip into the chocolate
5. Allow to cool and serve
