Chocolate biscuits
INGREDIENTS (Makes 24)
100g butter or marge
50g castor sugar
100g self raising flour
25g drinking chocolate/sieved cocoa powder
A few drops of vanilla essence
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven 190C gas5
- Grease a baking tray
- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Stir in flour and drinking chocolate/cocoa to form a stiff place and add vanilla
essence
- Roll mixture into 24 marble sized balls and place on baking tray
- Flatten balls with a fork dipped in cold water and bake for about 10 mins
- Cool on a wire rack
Serve either warm from the oven or at room temperature.
